In laser cutting, in order to effectively control the relative position between the laser focus and the workpiece, the cutting head automatic adjustment system is set up.
During operation, the height test sensor of the laser cutting head of the adjustment system is used to sense the height of the cutting surface, and the height is converted into a simulation, and then sent to the adjustment shaft driver, real-time drive motor to adjust the distance between the cutting head and the workpiece, so as to achieve the ideal cutting position.
However, in the actual processing, we often encounter the problem of uneven workpiece surface and thermal deformation, resulting in the thickness of the cutting surface is not fixed, and even arc surface.
Therefore, laser cutting puts forward high requirements for precise control of actuator analog and anti-interference ability.
